Smoothies

Ingredients:
I used 1 banana
-1/2 avocado
-1/3 cups of frozen pineapple
-1 mango
-1 date
-10 mint leaves
-2 cups pine nuts
-1 spoon of cinnamon powder
-1/3 cups oat milk
-1/2 goat yogurt
-1 cup of kale leaves
-tsp frozen spirulina
Toppings- banana, coconut, homemade granola and chia seeds.

Mango & pineapple

Ingredients:
This is a special recipe for a lazy morning, or even for a day you don't have much time to prepper yourself a smoothie.
This recipe is very easy to make, and takes only 5 min.
I use 1 goat yogurt
1/2 banana slices
1 kiwi slices.
Toppings: a little bit coconut, granola, orange zest, and cranberries.
Enjoy!

- 2 small bananas
-1/2 cups frozen pineapple
-1/2 cups frozen mango
-1/4 Tsp. matcha powder (by @matchaninja)
-1 date
-1 Tbsp. cinnamon powder
-1 Tsp vanilla essence
-1/2 cups coconut cream
-1 Tsp maple syrup
-1 Tsp pine nuts
Toppings- slices of 1 kiwi, coconut and homemade granola.

-1/3 cups of frozen blackberries
-3 Tbsp. of frozen raspberries
-1 Tbsp. goji berries
-1/2 goat yogurt
-1/4 cups of oat milk
Toppings- coconut, homemade granola, chia seeds.

-1 date
-1 tsp peanut butter
-1 tsp ginger
-1 tsp vanilla essence
-1 tbsp. of cinnamon powder
- 1/3 cups oat milk
Toppings- homemade granola, coconut, chia seeds and berries.

Berries & pineapple

Ingredients:

-1/2 cups of frozen blueberries
-1 date
-1 Tbsp. of goji berries
-1 Tbsp. of pine nuts
-1 Tsp peanut butter
-1 Tbsp. cinnamon powder
-1 Tsp maple syrup
-3/4 cups of coconut cream
Toppings- 2 slices of orange, a little bit coconut, pumpkin seeds, and blueberries.

Pineapple, orange & & berris

Ingredients:
I used 2 small bananas
-1/2 cups of frozen blueberries
-2 Tbsp. of goji berries
-1 Tbsp. pine nuts
-1 Tsp peanut butter
-1 Tsp maple syrup
-1/2 lemon zest
-1/3 cups coconut cream
-1/3 cups orange juice
-2 Tbsp. cinnamon powder
-1 Tsp vanilla essence

Ingredients:

-50 gr. frozen acai
-1 Tsp peanut butter
-1 Tsp maple syrup
-1/4 cups gluten-free oats
-1 Tbsp. cinnamon powder
-1 Tsp. vanilla essence
Toppings- goji berries, berries, pistachios, date, oats
