Ingredients: 

-2 cups of gluten free oats

-1/2 cups of raisins

-1/3 cups of pine nuts

-1/3 cups pistachios

-1/3 cups white sesame

-1 mashed banana

-4 Tbsp. of peanut butter

-5 Tbsp. of coconut oil

-3 Tbsp.. cinnamon powder

-1 Tsp vanilla essence 

-3 Tbsp. date honey

-2 Tbsp. coconut sugar

-1/2 Tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Mix it well and put in the oven for 30-40 min on 180 degrees.

2. Then, take it out when it is enough crispy for you, and put in the freezer for 1 hour

3. Take it out and cut into small slices as you like!

Hi everyone!!

This is a fabulous recipe of gluten-free lemon cookies! so delicious, and perfect as a healthy afternoon snack!

Ingredients:

-2 lemons zest

-1Tbsp. lemon juice

-1/2 Cups date honey (or maple syrup)

-1 Tsp of vanilla essence

-1/4 Tsp salt

-2 1/2 cups of almond flour

-3/4 cups of coconut flour

-2 Tbsp. of cinnamon powder

-1 Tbsp. ginger

-1 Tsp baking soda

-1 Tsp baking powder

-1/4 cups coconut oil

Instructions:

1. Mix it all by hand, then take a little bit of the mixture, and leave a small place in the middle of the cookie, for the jam.

2. Put the cookies in the oven, for about 40-50 min on 160 degrees. Until it gets a nice golden color.

Berries Jam recipe:

-2 cups of frozen berries

-3 lemon juice

-1 1/2 cups of coconut sugar

Instructions:

Mix it on a low stove, for about 25-30 min. When the mixture is thick enough, let it cool down for 10 min.

Then, use a Tsp and put 1 tsp of jam in the middle of the cookie. 

Put inside the fridge for 1 hour, and it's ready!

lemon cookies- stuffed with berries jam

Hi everyone! this is a perfect recipe for an energy matcha snack!

Ingredients:

-25 dates, cut into small chunks

-1/3 cups ground pistachios

-1/4 cups ground almonds and pecan nuts

-4 Tbsp. of peanut butter

-3 Tbsp. of cocoa powder

-2 Tbsp. of cinnamon powder

-1 Tsp vanilla essence

-3 Tbsp. date honey

-1/2 cups of coconut oil

-2 Tbsp. coconut sugar

-1/2 Tsp salt

-1/2 orange zest

-1 lemon zest

Mix it all together!!

matcha layer:

-1/2 cups of coconut cream

-1/4 Tsp matcha powder by @matchaninja

-1 Tsp vanilla essence

-1 Tsp maple syrup

Shake it well, or blend it in a blender

Use a Tsp and put a little bit matcha on top of your snack, and put inside the freezer for 1 hour!

MATCHA Snack

This is the perfect frozen snack, as a side treats with your morning coffee tea.

This frozen snack is made of 2 different layers:

The base layer is homemade granola-

dry ingredients:

-2 1/2 cups of gluten free oats

-1/2 cups raisins

-1 cups ground pistachios

-1/2 cups ground almonds

-1/3 cups ground pecans nuts

-1/4 cups pine nuts

-1/2 cups ground walnut

-1/4 cups dry coconut

-1/2 cups coconut sugar

-6 spoons cinnamon powder

Liquids-

-6 Tbsp. date honey

-2 Tbsp. peanut butter

-3 Tsp vanilla essence

-5 Tbsp. coconut oil

-1 lemon zest

-1/4 Tsp salt

Instructions:

- Turn on the oven on 180 degrees, and prepare 2 large aluminum patterns with baking paper on top of them.

- Mix all the dry ingredients inside a large bowl.

- Add all the liquids and mix it well. (If the mixture is not enough consolidated, a more date honey/ peanut butter, as you like.

- Equally, spread 1/2 mixture in every aluminum pattern, and put it inside the oven for 40-50 min. 

- Take it out when it's enough gold and crispy and let it cool down.

- Then. add 1/2 cups of goji berris and 1/2 cups of dried cranberries. a little bit more cinnamon and mix it well

For the frozen snack- 

Mix 1/2 of the granola mixture with 1 banana, 1 Tsp of date honey. 

After you mix it all together, spread it in an  aluminum pattern and let it freeze in the freezer for about 1/2 hour.

Second layer- pink smoothie:

-2 frozen bananas

-3 spoons lemon zest

-2 spoons orange zest

-1 Tsp mayple syrup

-1 goat yogurt

-1/4 orange juice

Purple smoothie-

-2 frozen bananas

-1/2 cups frozen blueberries

-50 gr frozen acai

-1 date

-1 Tbsp. cinnamon powder

-1 Tsp vanilla essence

-1/2 cups coconut cream

-1/4 cups oat milk

Instructions:

Take the granola out of the freezer (after 1 hour), then spread on top of the granola base the smoothies with a Tbsp.

-Put in the freezer for 1 more hour, then it's ready!!
